Importing cars from the North

Does anyone know where i would start looking into importing cars from the north? I have a relative in the business up there who is offering me cars but I want to budget for the duty I will have to pay. Also anywhere I can find out about garage codes and setting up my own business in car sales?? Thx a mill:D
