I have my own excel sheet that calculates all info I need for my live games, both tourney and cash. I don't record online as I am lazy and don't win/lose/play enough for it to factor.

as most of my STTs are on crypto, stars, i use sharkscope for most data.
I have a daily excel sheet where i note my overall profit, purely buy looking at closing balance - opening balance on all sites at the end of the day.
I have a few other pointers like avg daily profit, and % winning, losing, break even days, that sort of thing.
I also detail the make up of each days wins/losses to a certain extent in my blog.

    Hi All
I was browsing the 2+2 Forums earlier and I came across this post on STTs.

If you scroll down to "7.4. RECORD-KEEPING" theres a link http://www.aleomagus.freeservers.com/Spreadsheet/ for a speadsheet to keep track of your SnGs.
I downloaded it myself and I have to say it looks great for tracking your progress in SnGs.

p.s. I wouldve attached it to this post, but its slightly bigger than allowed.
