crashing Problems

    anyone else have continual crashes when they play this?
    i have to restart my machine at least 5 times in a session of about 6 hours as it hangs when loading a new area
    the site says that it maybe because of HP software but i don't have any loaded or to rename the mpeg2dmx.ax file to mpeg2dmx.ax.old but i don't have that file either

    yup the C man is right check all of these things, my comp kept crashing lately and it was my gfx card overheating
