Is text speak that silly rubbish people use on phones? like "THnk u 4 tht" meaning "thank you for that"? Oh and the official secrets ~Act could you add a link to http://www.irishstatutebook.ie/front.html It is the first act from 1963

Yes Text speak is all that "THnk u 4 tht" mobile crap,if its a long post its hard to read and most forums on boards ban it.
