Karl Burke has plenty of runners going tomorrow night at Hamilton.

Before I go on a rant here I will qualify this fancy by saying that any one of his horses going there tomorrow evening could probably win and if you backed them all 1pt e/w you would probably come out on top!

The one thats stick out for me (depending on the price) is Keep your distance in the 715. Without sounding repetitive his record for 2yos is pretty impressive, especially first time out so this one gets my vote.
To be safe Id back it for a place.

Hopefully he can make it a double after today ;)

Lets see if we can get another one.
HEREFORD 2:30 - DON AND GERRY. very good performer and rarely dissapoints. he came third in his last race but conditions did not suit at all. the ground was too soft and he was racing in a class 3 race. He still managed to come third but his previous race was impressive when he came first in very similar conditions to todays race .. No reason why he shouldnt run a big race again. T he favourate looks to have just as good a chance but the value goes to DON AND GERRY.

    7/2 at the moment

25/1 with Ladbrokes. Don't miss out on better odds. Big difference between 16/1 and 25/1 if it wins/placed. ;)

Keep your distance has drifted from 16's to 25's on Ladbrokes.
Not giving him much of a chance.

    Nope :D

But he is a trainer I follow very closely ;)

Also, early warning to say Misissippi Star is running tomorrow at Newbury !

Would've been very interesting...there are quite a few trainers in hot form at the minute.

I remember there was a big sprint race on last year at Newmarket with 20 odd runners and Karl Burke came onto Channel 4 and was asked which of his 2 runners had the better chance, one was 14/1 and the other was 20/1.

He dismissed the 20/1 chance and it drifted to 25's and then bolted in

I dont always go by his SP's, I like to think theres more methodology to the races he picks for his horses ;)

Also, PP was giving 16/1 for my selection tonight and ladbrokes are giving 25's ? Now why doesnt that surprise me!!

Why doesn't it surprise you? Usually it's the other way around.

Needed that one. Got it near 4/1 on Betfair. Ive had my worst run in England since I started that thread. I am releived to get the winner. :)

I usually find PP the least generous on opening prices, they generally dont do you any favours. I use oddschecker as a gauge most mornings after 10am and PP has nearly always the shortest odds on offer for a given race on early prices.

In fairness though dont folow ladbrokes but in this example they were better :)

PS nice winner Finn Park !

I can't understand why you guys use don't use the exchanges for singles.

For example Keep Your Distance is at 39's on Betfair

    Nice one sizzler,
to keep an interest I had a small e/w on all of Karl Burkes horses tonight. Looking bad until the last two races, place & a winner. nice little profit, kudos. :D:D

Bollix. Sorry about the main tip folks. Maybe the tip was in the name of the horse !! ;)

Fcuking knew it though, knew he would pull something out of the bag, its always a question of hitting the right ones ! Khanjar was beaten a snot at 16/1 and Ashes wins at 10/1 !! Hopefully some of you got out of jail on the last two anyway :)

Too much quality in Keep your Distance Maiden (certainly the first 2) Narrjoo worthy winner and Vanquelin will win shortly with anoher run like that. KYD started v positively trucked along but was riden from 4furlongs out, needs major improvement to figure at busines end.
Anyone on Misu Bond @ leophardstown? beaten from a long way out, seems to have reached its max?
