This is a ****ing disgrace - both the European Cup and FA Cup finals Liverpool would have been screwed if it wasn't for Hamann. I think's he's close to Gerrard when it comes to inspiration. Watch both the finals again, seriously.
He's one hel of an underrated player.

I don't want to see Rafa doing a Houllier...

Yeah Hamann would be a great signing for any club, he's top-class and highly underrated, Bolton seem to be headig in the right (if similar) direction of signing 30+ "rejects"!

This is much discussed on the Liverpool Tranfers/rumours thread. Tis a pity but with Sissoko coming on great he won't get much action next season while Pool will get a few bob and reduce the wages.

Pity to see him leave but in all fairness just like last season i could have only see him being a bit part player in the season to come. He's a great player and all but he is getting on a bit and with Sissoko, Alonso and Gerrard we don't really need him and he'll probably be better off finishing his season elsewhere.
That being said he always was one of my favourite liverpool players, fantastic technique and scored some nice goals.
    Good luck to him.
