If you're looking for a financial services job, its never been easier.
Have a look at irishjobs.ie and type graduate under the banking option.

You'll get loads of jobs and a lot of them have 8 or more agencies advertising the same positon

So don't worry about writing a good cover letter, they are an agency not an employer.
Just a few quick points will suffice. They ask for three things so that's all they get.

With your skills, I guarantee if you put in your CV now at 12:30am, they will call you by 12noon tomorrow.
    Speaking from experience

The reason that job spec is so vague is because it's a recruitment agency who is just looking for CVs. Nearly all agency jobs don't actually exist. They make their money by collecting CVs and firing them off to real companies advertising real jobs.

PS the guy above who says cover letters don't matter is talking nonsense. Cover letters are as important as your CV. Make the effort!

I know cover letters are very imporant.
They can make all the difference when other candidates has similar experience and qualifications to you.

I was just stating that in this case there is no need for the OP to struggle to write a cover letter for this advertisment.
Precisly for the reasons you've stated above

Now if the OP was applying to a company offering a good job, my advice would have been different

Hi yes sorry I've just noticed my tone was quite harsh. Didn't mean it that way! :)
