Is there a charge in Ireland of permitting someone to use a MPV without insurnace? Say if the RK of a MPV allowed someone to drive full in the knowledge that the driver/mpv was not covered by insurance.

Yes but the exact section and law escapes me at present. One of those laws and sections thats never enacted. Its also an offence to allow someone use an MPV that you know is defective.
