    Hey all,

Got my draw for the Poker Million the other day. The players in Heat 3 are:

    Tony G - Australia
    Johan Ostberg "parsons"
    Ian Gerrard "MRGERRARD"
    Martin Smyth "macedonia"
    Henrik Baertelsenk "AKK"
    and me.

Does anyone know anything about these players and their style?

Good luck with this. I am afraid I can offer no advice/help except not to let Tony G wind you up, but I am sure you can handle him :)

Played against MRGERRARD at WSOP in 04 and he is a solid player - also played with him a good few times in the past on ladbrokes - he has won the nightly $100 rebuy a few times and does well in medium stakes cash games - tight/aggressive player.

gl with Tony G - if nothing else you'll be entertained

Best of luck man. Im still waiting for the day when Tony G`s lip goes too far and someone ends up beating the living ***!£^ out of him (id say it was close in that WPT game against Surindar Sunar). He is an incredibly entertaining player tho! Give him hell man!

Hey nicnicnic, are you that handsome chap Nicky Power from Waterford??;)

Hey Eoin, I'm happy about the draw - could have got a lot worse. Also got an evening draw. That MRGERRARD rings a bell from cash games alright... Think we're all going for dinner the night before so I'll get to know them a little bit then

Does Roy the Boy qualify for this automatically because he's a rep for Ladbrokes? BTW, Best of luck Flipper!

Thanks mate. No, Roy qualified in the Fitzwilliam in Dublin. He also won the qualifier in the Merrion but Rumit was the official winner that night. Think Roy and someone else have a %.

Dont think its possible that the draw is random, seems to be no more than 1 or 2 names in each heat I assume its seeded or something?

As far as i know, there is one invitee in each heat. it's supposed to be random after that
