Flopped a straight

I'm a little reticent about posting this here, given the recent tone of the forum and the fact that I think I might have messed this up, but I'd be interested in hearing how other people would have played it.

Blinds are 500/1000 and I'm in the SB with about 17k. I have 74o. There are 2 lp limpers, I complete and the BB checks. I wouldn't normally complete with a hand like this, but I figured to give it a go here.

Flop comes 568, all clubs and I have none. I'm first to act, and the other 3 players all have me covered, although the BB is only about 3k ahead of me. The 2 limpers from lp have been pretty aggressive all night.

    What's my move?

Lead out 4000. Fold to a min reraise.
CheckFold other streets if a Club comes. Otherwise CheckCall or Push depending on gut instinct.

    All IMHO.

I fold 47o preflop 99% of the time.

As it's played out, i'll bet the pot here. I'd probably fold to a raise and I dont think i'll bet again if someone cold calls

You cant bet and fold to a raise, most people when they raise on a monotone board do not have a flush. Especially as they are described as aggressive. On a hand like this you really dont want to have to call someones semibluff all in, as anyone with a club in their hand will win the hand 1/3. So I think you should check raise all in, if there is significent action you can always fold.

Good advice, HJ. In the heat of the moment, I bet out double the pot and took it down. I really didn't want anyone left to be getting the odds to call. I also didn't want to commit my entire stack, as the only person who would have called an all-in was probably someone who already had the flush. If I got re-raised or even just flat called, I was pretty sure I was done with the hand.

As I said, the bet knocked everyone out, and I just felt that maybe I played it wrong.
