Icons missing default images

Hi, I've had this problem for around 2 weeks+ now. Some of my icons on the desktop and startup are missing there image. I've attached an image to better explain. Any ideas how to fix this?

try downloading TweakUI from Microsoft, that has a "repair icons" command...

do a search on downloads on microsoft.com and you'll find it easy enough
