Recovering Your Live Account Information

    I've been trying to switch my account information.

    But every time I try to log on to the xbox site to login in it says my password is incorrect.

    I click on forgot pass word link but again nothing happens so I thought maybe my email address was wrong.

    So I checked my xbox and the email registed in live is the one I'm trying log on with but nothing,

    Is there any other way of transfering your account information?

    Got it sorted.

    Just must have been something up with the site
