It's looking pretty likely that Phil could sing for Alice In Chains on Sunday. seein' as his band Down should be in the country.. their last gig was 2 days ago and their next one is in Ireland on Tuesday..

If this happens then I think there's also a possibility of him singing "Walk" with Avenged Sevenfold on the mainstage. They did a great cover of it at their last gig. It's just a guess bu ya never know

yeah, well i still find it weird that some of the bigger bands from the Dinnigton Download werent signed for our one, still though we have a goodlineup. Wouldve loved to see Down though.

Ya see, when i said now, i meant NOW! as in right now. as in at this present moment in time. If we had too mant bigger bands they wouldnt get enough time on the stages. maybe next year they might bring the full thing over, its what they want

Download isn't listed on their tourdayes on their site..

Yea, anyway, I was glad to see that Aiken haven't messed things up too badly with this tent situation. For anyone who wasn't there yesterday.. The front half of the tent is open with a pit barrier in front of it so you can still see them when the tent's full. Thank **** or there'd be a riot

Phil Anselmo teamed up with Avenged Sevenfold?

Why do people still have respect for him?

he's a tosser and there's no doubt about that.......

he'll more than likely be there though - as they are playing in Belfast on Monday night.....

Actually his next one in Ireland is on Monday, in Belfast, since Belfast is a part of Ireland...but lets not get into that. I wouldnt mind seeing him sing with Alice in Chains, it would make them the main attraction on Stage 2, what with Duff McKagan also involved...but ONLY 35 mins! That just sucks! Better get in that tent quick

He could do both...theres nothing stopping him from singing Walk with Avenged Sevenfold and then strolling over to the second stage an hour later to sing with AIC...and quite frankly he needs all the good press he can get at the moment
