The World Cup of Poker.

With the World cup fever taking over and our guaranteed €10,000 head ups competition just around the corner. I have come up with a tournament which captures the spirit of the World Cup and gives valuable head ups competition experience, with up to a maximum 18 games and all for just €50 & €10 Reg.

The structure will closely follow that of the FIFA World Cup, with eight groups of four players. With the group winners and runners up qualifying into the knock out stages. Players will play each other twice in all rounds with a third game or extra time needed should there be a draw (in the knock out stages only). Players will be awarded all 3 points in the group stage if they win both games and just 1 point if it’s a draw.

The Blind levels will be 12 minutes through out.

If there is more than 32 players, there will be a qualify round (best of 5 games). players will be randomly selected to play the qualifiers.

Just a slight change to the orginal details on this tournament. There won't be a qualifying round to get into the group stage of the heads up competition.

Instead the groups will be expanded.

We will also be taking breaks to watch the football which should accommodate everyone.

Get there early as there has been alot of interest.
