Independent warranties

Is there a company in Ireland that does independent warranties? Reason I ask is that my old man is thinking of heading over to the UK and bringing back a top spec Rover 75 as SMC are selling off all their stocks. I know in the Uk you can get a warranty for £200/year, is there anything similar here?
