I have a new project where I have to call lots of people, and after the call I usually send them some information in an email, one of about 3 different formats with attachments. At the moment I just go into my sent items and forward the email, delete the crap at the top and change the persons name etc.

Is there any easier way to do this in Outlook? Can you pre write templates and just fill in the gaps etc?
    thanks
