Are they as good as the UK press would have us believe? I've only heard that one song on the radio...

No. Count yourself lucky you've only been exposed to the one song.

ahahah brilliant, great description of them tards.

and also don't believe what the UK press say is great, if what they say was true we'd all be loving pete fagerhty

**** that, Marroon 5 were good in a catchy, disturbing kinda way. Harder to Breathe is a classic!!!!!

Maroon 5 were embarassingly good in places. This orson bunch sound so contrived.

He's accurate in his edgy comedy though.

    not really.

had he mentioned the fact that he is over-rated, revered wrongly by many or wastes the talent he has then yes he would be accurate

but from what i can tell he's calling Pete's sexuality into question. Sure he wears pink belts but he went out with Kate Moss and has two children. Not very gay if you ask me

    EDIT and orson are rubbish

I thought the first one (Cant thin kof the name---no tomorrow:D ) was a bit catchy, their second (Bright Idea i think) was god awful

I would imagine this is what the original comment implied. Sure, it takes some reading between the lines... but it's still quite obvious.

it would have been ironic if I was trying to be funny. Instead I chose to point how tired and lame his swipe at Pete Doherty was in a sarcastic manner. Although sarcasm is indeed a form of humour the intent of my post was not to make people ROFLZZ!!11

Mork calling Orson, Mork calling Orson etc.

    They're the new Roxette TBH.

And why are they being discussed in alternative/indie? They may have tats, piercings, mohicans etc but they produce bland, commercial FM-friendly rock cack. They're as alternative as Blink 182 or those twats who do that 'Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous' song. It always cracks me up seeing people who dress like The Expoited but sound like Busted.

Oh very good, I never thought of that. I just presumed it was Welles.
