Why dont you instal MS media center XP and use a the remote control that comes with that.

Then you can get a normal KB as back up.

I thought MS media centre was only available as part of a PC bundle, not separate!

Also, RC would be great, but still like to browse the web, pain with std keyboard from couch!

I meant to say 'use a normal wireless KB, there cheaper than the ones you looking at.'

Back to MS media center, you can get a copy of and do a reinstall of your OS. It's not difficult.

My Friend set up his PC under the TV, installed Media center and he swears by it (not at it). He has the wireless KB hidden away for when he needs it.

    What ever suits you best.

You could also get a RC, mouse and Keyboard combination. I got one a few months ago from Logitec for E60. It is bundled with software It works like media center (not as good but does the job). And it works with normal XP.

Where do I get a copy?

    From MS site.

'Windows XP Media Center Edition 2005 is only available pre-installed on computers sold by PC manufacturers. You can purchase a PC with Windows XP Media Center Edition 2005 pre-installed at retail consumer electronic stores, direct from PC manufacturers, or through online consumer electronics Web sites'
