    Hi,

Does anyone know where I can purchase cartridges in 3 or 3.5 inch length
that contain shot bigger than zero size.

Would like to obtain 3 Buck or 2 Buck. I can get AAA in 2.75 in (36g load)
in Athlone but have been unable to obtain then in 3 or 3.5 inch length.

    Cheers.

Remington 3.5 inch BB's are available in Galway (Well at christmas haven't checked since)
    I haven't seen any 3.5 AAA in about 3 years (Although I still have a single box :D ).

Would be interested to know the availabilty of these rounds myself!!

Those same BB's were 13.90 for 10 last time I got a box (maybe 6 week or 2 months ago). They sure do make a bang  :D

only looking for 3inch/2.75inch BBB/BB's semi-magnums and magnums

Yea i know they will take my shoulder OFF(chopperdog) in my new O/U but i reckon i might only fire two to three per few months as my budget for my rifle just went up by like a grand woohoo so all good, Zeiss and Leupold here i come.....

[sarcasm]3.5" cartridges are one way to run your gun in [/sarcasm] i use no2 40gr semi magnums fit in a 2 3/4 chamber and theres some bang off them recon they're plenty for a fox out to 50yards

run your gun in or ruin your gun ????

I never use anythin bigger than 36gr BB Alphamax (70mm)
Easily knock a fox up to 60yds.... not so good for lamping tho need to be closer

    I've even knocked foxes with 36gr 6's....given it was 20yds but still !! (was expecting a pheasant :) )
anywho i don't see why you need such heavy ordanance :p

might be too much 4 u but i used to get 3 inch solid slugs in tyrone with a southern licence. as far as i know they are illegal here but not in the north. just watch the choke size on the barrel though.

3.5" magnums are a good way to run in a new semi auto, I bought and Extrema2 last night and got 4 boxes of 63 gram 3.5" magnums thrown in. I will definitely put one or two of those through the gun before i try lighter loads
