There was an english tv show called Fun Factory presented by Pat Sharpe - not sure if this is what you're thinking of??

Think Pat Sharpe's was called Fun House...? Completely unrelated to the company, one way or the other. Fun Factory, I think, used to be a kiddie's ball-park/slide/mini jungly gym kind of thing. Might have been one near the old Dundurm Bowl. Worked in one briefly called Captain Ventures in The Square, now well passed on...

Everything I don't like is either woke or fascist - possibly both - pick one.

Yes, its coming back to me now.

Wasn't it out in the Dun Laoghaire/Blackrock area if i remember correctly?

I used to go there for friends' birthdays when i was a youngster. I was terrified of that vertical slide :/

EDIT: Ah, it was in Dun Laoghaire, from the History of Dun Laoghaire Harbour i got
....That pier is now buried beneath the railway line. There used to be a sandy cove running up to the site of the former ‘Fun Factory’, which was closed recently......

The Fun Factory show was on Saturday mornings on The Sky Channel. It had a talking crocadile puppet and some other things.

It was the first place you could see Jayce and the Wheeled Warriors though.

Yeah Fun Factory on Sky on Saturday mornings. i'd be up early every Saturday to watch it.

Denver the last dinosaur, Mask, Transformers, Jayce, Ulysses 31.

    All the classics.

    Mmm. Nostalgia.

I hated Oon the gimpy knight sorta thing with his pink stripey lance.

    SC_jayce.jpg
Jayce seriously needed to get to the hairdressers to lose the Pepe Le Peu look.

Can't believe the two twins, Melanie and Martina, havent been mentioned yet.
Sure, we had to put up with Pats mullet, but even at that early stage in my boyhood, I knew there was something more interesting than just watching the show for the grand prix kart race :D
