    I heard you can get tatoos that just last 3 years..just wondering does anyone know what the deal with them is???any help appreciated!:confused:

    "3 year" tattoos, "5 year tattoos"-otherwise known as "semi-permanent" tattoos are basically tattoos, that are done poorly, so poorly in fact, that they fade substancially within a couple of years. These are done by not applying the tattoo correctly. Also, there is no guarantee that they will be "gone" in a promised time period. In the true sense of the word "tattoo", they don't exist. These 'semi-permanent tattoo' are a scam, through and through.

    you can get it lasered out in three years to make any tattoo a 3 year one or a 10 year one etc etc.

    The semi-permanent comment is correct, there was lots of talk a few years back when they first came out, so much so that Thomas Gottschalk, a German TV star got one live on German TV, he wasn't so happy when it didn't disappear though.

    Sorry the stuff there is in German but it's basically a German tattoo studio telling people how the "biotattoo" as they call it in German is a lie.
