mysql is easy to install if you know anything about databases and sql.
Read the docs or search the internet.

Oracle have a freeware personal edition of their leading 10g server available for download from their web site. It's basically the same kernal as the full version.

You can still get different versions of Oracle 9i including a lite version - much the same as 10G without the weight

what "it" would that be? SQL is not a product - you don't install SQL. You install various "flavours" of SQL-based databases, such as Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL, and so on and so forth.

They're all different. Some are trivial to install, some less so.
