    Hey there,

I'm looking for some advice please

I'm going to Rome this Sunday and want to head out of the city itself on Monday morning for a few days before returning back Rome on Thursday morning for an appointment.
I was wondering if anyone can advise somewhere nice to go to chill out for a few days before I have to return to the husstle busstle of the city itself.

I was thinking of something along the lines of Sorrento but It might be too far for such a short period of time.

    Thanks for the advice...!

You can get the train to Florence easily enough, I've done it before and it's really nice there!

As mentioned above, go to Florence if you can, it's not too long of a train journey, I think from Rome it's 3 hours or a little longer maybe. I was in Milan last year and we got the train down to Florence for the day- was the best thing we did. Amazing city, full of history and the streets are so tiny and all of a sudden you come into amazings piazza's. Going to see Michaelangelo's David was a hightlight

    Guys,

When flying with Ryanair, you arrive in Pisa, how far from Florence is it? Is there a bus on hand to bring us in?

Anyone recommend cheap accommodation in Florence?
