I think what Adam was trying to say was that one of the rules in the charter is to use full words and not text speak abbreviations.

As for your question, all poker sites offer low buyin Single Table Tournaments, Multi Table Tournaments for $10, $5 and even lower.

Also there are cash games that start at blinds as low as 1 cent/2 cent if you wish as well as play money tables and free entry tournaments. These are all ideal places to start.
