Probation question!

    A mate was in court a good while ago he got caught with something.

    He wanted to go for a job that would require no criminal record. When he was in court he got Probation Act to see if he was doing drugs.

    He went for urine's and got all the clear!

    When he was back into court a few month's later kind's sound's strange but he was inside but was sitting outside the main courtroom when his case was called. He was sitting outside the room when lunch came then his solicitor came out and said his case was called nothing is going to happen he doesn't have a criminal record.

    When he is going for a job can he say he was never arrested even though he got the Probation Act and no criminal record?

    get caught with drugs. You tell solicitor you dont want criminal record becuase your going for a job that requires no criminal record.

    So you go to court the judge's say in your case blah blag blah probation act to see if he is still doing drugs. Porbation woman comes dowm and says for me to take you on or something like that you need to do urines.

    You go for urines come back clean. So she is happy you see her one moretime after that then nothing. A few month's later your back in court.

    Your sitting outside court room and lunch is called. Your solicitor come's out and he say's your case was already called. You have no criminal record.

    So say if this guy wants to go for a job say in the Prison service for example can get in because he has no criminal record.

    I want to know if he can join the Prison service.

    If thats legal advice then yeah thats what im looking for.

    Is Probation on your record?

    He was told he has no criminal record so can he go for any job he wants?
