Toshiba L20 Laptop - can't enable wireless connection

I have the L20 Satellite Pro lappy, and with it is the Atheros Wireless Client. It won't detect any wireless networks for me, and I can't seem to find any hardware info about why this is. Anyone with any experience? Seanie.

you might want to try downloading the drivers for it, i had a similar issue with my thinkpad and was only a driver issue!

i have an L20 is there an orange light on by the lights at the front if not press the small circle silver button and the orange light will come on. if its on already press the button leave it a sec and press it again so the orange light is on.
