problem with ATI CCC

    Hi,i have got HIS 1900xt and when i"m trying to use catalyst ati overdrive.I"m geting a masage:
    "ATI Overdrive capabilities have not been properly initialized yet.Please try again later."
    And I"m trying.trying.trying.....:(

    Do HIS have there own overclocking tool or some such as from this thread I suspect they use a custom bios (do you have one of the ones with the ICE cooler perhaps) which might explain why the ATI overdrive tool doesn't work as the card is already overclocked out of the box.

    You could try RivaTuner or see if ATi Tray Tools has been updated to work with the HIS cards though that thread is fairly recent.

    Also there was a comment that the overdrive feature is broken with one of the newer driver released from ATI on the X1800/1900 series cards.
