AFAIK a B licence is good enough - B covers up to 8 passengers. How many seat belt points does the Caravelle have?

Call AVIS Rent-A-Car on 01 605 7500 or 021 428 1100 and ask them - they also do Mercedes Vitos.

I'm almost positive a B will suffice.

Call the AVIS number in Cork and they will put you through to Shannon Airport.

As far as I know, Caravelles are 8 seaters, whereas Transporters converted into minibuses have an extra seat up front.
