swords sunrise is really good, the other two don't do much, but that sunrise is amazing, the mist, the sky, everything

i would crop out some of the sand in the first pic. theres an awful lot of it!

and in the third i'd level out the black and white canapy thing

2nd photo is brill, really good. have you done much/any photoshop on it?

The second two are fab. Obviously the sunset one is a cracker - nothing to be said about that is there, hehe. Seriously magical picture. I think the first one, as you say, is let down because it's just too wide angle. I think the light is possibly a bit flat to give it any depth as well. But I'm guessing you've only got a compact - I'd love to see what you'd do with an SLR.

yeah i'm using a compact. I really wanted to make something of the first one, I photoshopped out a couple of people on the beach and leveled out some of the colours as the compact messes them up, but thats it. Thats why I was looking for some C&C for it, see if there would be anyway of turning it into something a bit better. I'll try cropping the sand a bit and see how it turns out.

The second one was just a pure chance photo taken from my window in swords, up studying for my engineering exams when the light started shining in the window. I did a bit of work on it but it pretty much is as is.

first one yeah crop out more of the sand it doesn't look good the way it is, maybe attack the sky with the highlights/shadows settings try deepen the blue in it to make it look more dramatic.

second one is perfect really stunning i'd be delighted to take a shot like that!!

third one might look good grainy and black & white i dunno
    and yes fix the canopy
anyway i like the composition of it

First one is a nice pic, but the light is a bit flat and your eyes tend to wander around in vain looking for something to rest on.

The second is a really lovely shot, well done. The only thing I'd suggest is to crop out most of the blue sky on top, I think the pano that would give would be stunning.

I like the third one too. It's a nice shot.
