Windows password problem

    Hey , recently I formatted my pc and windows pro. was put on it. Anyways I put on my admin password so others wouldnt be able to use the pc when ever they wanted ( dont like the thought of people going on the net with it looking at any site ) but the pc never asks for any password it just goes straight into my personal settings. Ive tried a few things but does anyone know why the pc wont ask for a password before going into windows as it use to work before with ordinary windows home ed.??

    Start->Run -> control userpasswords2
    Click OK.
    Tick/Enable "Users must enter a user name and password to use this computer" option.
    Click OK.
