How can I found out if someone is tapping into my mobile phones messages and emails??

I think I have a problem in that I suspect someone I know is able to access my mobile phone text messages and/or emails. They live quite a way from me and cannot physically get there hands on my phone or computer but would know my number and email address.

How can I find out if they are and if so how do I stop it?

change you passwords , your mobile phone message box is most lighly still on 1111

Do you mean just emails or text messages aswell?

I just want to know if this guy really is doing this or whether he gets off on saying he knows my personal business (i.e. freaking me out).

It'd be possible with your emails if he knows your password and email address. Just change your pass to something more complicated.

He couldn't get to your text messages unless he has access to your phone.
