You probably want the big kegs but I can't help there. However Aldi have small kegs on offer for €14.99 but I'm not sure if it's 5L or 10L. If bottles are an option Dunnes Stores have cases of 20 bottles of Miller genuine draft for €14.99 and Super Valu have them for €17.99. The supermarkets have lots of different offers on at the moment.

Try your local pub or offie. Most will be able to help. Do you know there is 88 pints in a regular keg. If you do not finish it give me a shout i love free beer

help where to get a beer keg??
    I presume you mean a full one:p .
Have a chat with your local pub owner/barman. My local set me up with all the gear a few times (kegs, taps, lines and gas).

you will definitely need to talk to the local pub. you'll be lucky if they have it though.it's a bank holiday weekend and most pubs don't carry spare gas to give out to the punters, let alone the taps.

Had a keg once but we ordered it 3 weeks in advance. Im guessing the bars will have to budget for it, ie theyre ot just gona hand over a keg, gas etc to you and run the risk of running out themselves.

Also be aware of the rules of kegs. If you get a keg everyone is invited, theres no shortage of beer therefore we can all come.

what part of the country are you in?
i remember a few years back you could buy a keg from Heineken/Murphys Brewery in Cork City, you'd buy the keg, have to return it to them empty and get to rent out all the cooling system things and taps and the like. They are probably still doing them

Don't have a clue how much that cost but in fairness it's a keg in your gaff....priceless!

the erdinger looks the best bet there ^
    150euro a key (30 - litres / 53 pints)

    Heineken @ 50 Litre / 88 pints | €230.00

kegs go for about €150 wholesale. Assuming you can get this, wholesale or otherwise, you will also need all the peripherals e.g. taps and a cylinder of gas. Too much hassle, tbh.

    Woops, Just saw RE*AC*TOR's link.

Its a great idea getting a keg, but then not eveyrone likes certain drinks, Miller seems to be a very neutral drink?

Didnt the brew crew sponsor boards at one stage?

Beer kegs tend to be handy enough to get a hold on. Local pub is the best place to start asking. Only thing is, as far as i know, the gas to power the pumps is getting increasingly difficult to get. To my knowledge pubs over the last few years have started to change over to larger gas containers that power all their taps rather than one gas container per tap.
