Discreet dish on front of house?

I do not normally like to see dishes on the front of houses. However this one looks cool! (location- Halifax , Nova Scotia, last week, dish seems to be facing due west, - anyone any ideas? )

South west maybe. can't be west unless it is a radio telescope or you are on the Equator.
