2/4NLH 6 max hand

Full Tilt Poker 2/4 NLH 6 max.

We are 4-handed. Been at the table for about 20 minutes. Villian in question seems quite weak-loose, and not very good. I have seen him min-raise UTG+1 with KJs and call down on a paired board on multiple streets with a flush draw given poor odds. I have only ever seen him min-raise or limp PF. He probably views me as semi-LAG, though I haven't shown down any weak hands, or any hands for that matter.

Some hands we played to give a background: Next hand after his KJs min-raise, he min-raises again UTG, I make it 22 to play with AQ, he makes it 75, I fold.
A little later, I raise to 13 in the CO with 67h, he calls from the BB, flop 558 2 diamonds, he leads for 20, I make it 60, he calls. Turn Js he checks I bet 100, he calls. River Ts, he checks I bet 190 he folds.

This hand is just one round later.

Stacks:
Villian: $650
Hero: $530

Folded to me on the button, I make it 13 to play with T9d, villian min-raises to 22, I call.

Flop($48): 7d 8h Qd
Villain checks, I bet 35, Villain calls.

Turn($128): Qs
Check, I bet 90, villain calls.

River($308): Ac
Villain checks, Action?

Also what do you think of my turn bet? I often check here, against a weak-loose villain maybe checking is better. Anyway, any thoughts on this hand would be appreciated.

If ive just made a big uncalled bet on the river against a player I dont make another one the next orbit unless I want a caller

he may well have axd judjing by your description of him.. i think i let him have this one

I check the turn agaisnt this guy, and dont put any more in the middle when he check/calls me on the flop.
