I rang today to see if I could just go to their office to get one, was told to fill in a form and send it in!

I understand that the season tickets have to be sent out, but I don't see why I can't just go in and pay cash rather than risking posting my credit card details to them!

Yeah, and don't forget the 5% surcharge on credit cards :)

Leinster Branch are the only people in Ireland I resort to using cheques with!

Regards their crap website, I just mailed them the following:
As a user of the site I find it extremely frustrating at not being able to access simple
details (like what the ticket costs are) without going through a login process.

Please make important information freely available on site without making me search for yet another username/password combination in my records, or register a dummy account for once off use.

I suggest datamining (your web user database) for dummy accounts - I'll bet you have a lot of once-off accounts. If you do, it's a sure sign that the site is requiring login too often.

And if anyone can tell me what a Leinster Silver ticket costs today so I don't have to create another dummy account, I'd appreciate it.

There does not seem to be any explanation on the site as to what the difference is between the tickets... Anyone know what the story is? All these silver/gold lions club etc...

Follow the Tickets and season ticket links on the site til you come to the big display ad. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and you'll find pdfs outlining the offers.
