    ok.. real drunk last night, hope-ed a fence and tried to get into my old job (just tried the door) and got stopped by a guard... i think he cautioned me for tresspassing.. not sure though... how would i find out?

    Go back and ask him (when you're not drunk). I don't know if I'd call this a personal issue.

    Ask in the legal forum, but I'm nearly sure trespassing is a civil matter not a criminal matter so he may have just been putting the frighteners on you.
    There is no law against trying to open a door by it's handle.

    If you got a caution then consider yourself lucky!

    Once you dont wake up the cells of some Garda station then you should be ok.
