Need an in car charger for portable DVD player

The cable for the in car charger we have got severed by the door, any ideas where i would get an in car dvd charger. I tried e-bay already and only i english bloke selling them who will not sell to non UK residents. Ideas or locations massively needed due to two kids being bored in the car. cheers
