Does anyone have a link to somewhere that can audit pc's online without having to install software?

I've used belarc & LOGINventory before for LAN audits but I have a (potential) new client and they are refusing to let us use our own laptops or install any software on their network to audit the existing PC's.

Something web based would be ideal to list current hardware & installed applications.
