Heat from Wireless Card?

Just wondering if you guys have hot running wifi cards or ram?

My laptop is a Dell 630m, with an intel 2200B/G miniPCI card, and it seems to heat up substantially around to around 35-45C, especially when running off the power brick as opposed to only mildly warm when on battery. Same goes for the ram, it can get quite warm too.

If it is just me, then I'll go and annoy dell for a replacement part (thank god I've speakerphone)

I was running a lan card in a dell latitude cpi last night, red hot when I took it out after use, but strangely, next time I used it with the mains plugged it didn't get half as hot...
