What laws would cover the liability of someone that posts you on a site like
http://www.playersandpsychos.com and what are the chances of suing to have inaccurate statements removed from such a website?

    Hypothetically?

If your search facility is reactivated, look through previous thread on this topic. It has been discussed ad nauseum.*

    * Well not quite nauseum, but quite comprehensively!

Just have a look through other threads on the forum and you'll see a discussion of this.

    As above.

Inaccurate does not equal defamation by the way, it must be something defamatory in nature (lowers respect in the eyes of right thinking people) e.g. I say you like watching TV (you don't actually) - not defamation. I say you are a criminal (you are not) - defamation.
