i have a 3000 personal letters, all different addresses, and a generic pdf file.

the generic pdf, is to be printed on the back of all the personal letters.

one way of doing this is to print all letters, put back in printer upside down, and print generic logo on back.

but is there a way of converting the pdf file, and somehow puting it into the word file with all the letters, as every second page, and then just printing off a duplex.?????

    thanks

Yes it's possible. If PDF is plain text then copy and paste into word. Otherwise PDF to Word convertors are available. (Google for them).

You can then add the PDF as a second page to letter and print in duplex to put origina word letter on one side and the converted pdf on the other.

Or you can do as you say and print in word first, then flip paper to print pdf. It's whatever is handiest for you at the end of the day I reckon.
