Creating Demo Videos

I'm trying to figure out the best way to create streaming "demo videos" of one of our software apps in action. It would have to include microphone input aswell. Ideally it would be streaming content as opposed to a single once-off download.

What apps/methods would people recommend to do this?

Camtasia for recording & editing. Riva FLV for streaming side of things.

Was working with the demo of Camtasia yesterday. Seems to gobble up the resources of this PC (3Ghz-1Gb RAM). It is very good though. Perhaps I can play with the settings to get rid of some of the processing lag.

Downloading that WINK product as we speak. (Adobe one too freakin expensive)

SPOSS! That WINK software is brilliant. I'd kiss you if you were not swimming with disease.
