I'm keeping tabs on Mr.Burke for another night..:D

I think these two horsies are way overpriced and I'd expect a decent run from both...

    710 @ Beverley Sunken Rags....16/1

    810 @ Beverley Dickie le Devoir 9/1

    Sizzler,
what kind of system do you use?
I dont rate myself as that good as to post tips that others may well lose there money on (i was gonna NAP on Winning spirit there at Brighton  )but you seem to have a decent knack at it (to say the least;) )

I like the look of the following Each Way tonight, just for interest. Dermot Weld is in flying form and I think he could be worth following here tonight. Interesting to see Fallon ride Cler in the 7pm. Thats the main reason Im going for Cler. Bluegrass Hill is a newcomer so I don't know what to expect but Dermot Weld is capable of winning with a newcomer. Reform Act is overpriced at 10/1.

    Leopardstown Hopefuls:

    Bluegrass Hill 6.30pm 5/1 generally 0.5pt EW
Cler 7pm 9/2 Will Hill EW 0.5pt EW (Silly Dancer the danger) (NB)
Media Puzzle 8/1 bET dIRECT 7.30PM EW (vIRGINIA wOLFE THE DANGER) 0.5pt EW
Reform Act 8pm 10/1 William Hill EW (NAP) 0.5pt EW

There is a new Sizzler in Town.

NAP wins, 10/1 Adv., Media Puzzle wins 8/1 Adv.

Unlucky with the first too, it was 1.05 on Betfair but only managed 4th in the end. Total Profit: +9pts - not a bad evening's work. :D $$

Well my system tonight well and truly flunked

    Sorry about that folks.

Fairplay Finn Park, some class tips there, should have taken Media Puzzle, you were the 2nd punter to point that one out to me today !

Its a former Mel Cup winner that one, was out for a run not so long ago but had the class to beat these.

I couldnt see anything to beat the Nap and at 10 to 1 it was excellent value. The 1st one let me down for an EW treble and Silly Dancer was 2nd at 16 to 1 .

I just went for the hot trainer, I had a small lay on O Briens in the last 2. you just cannot back o brien at the moment. Weld is hot though, his horses are so well forward. And I will be on Cairdeas next time out. It has come along nicely and will win one soon at a big price too.;)

No problem Frodi, my only advice to you is only back horses over 2/1 and stay away from gambles.

I only did 2 ew today and made a small profit but I think the Irish punter is losing heart.

The bookmakers are been disserted and its only a matter of time before there are consequences. There are too many racecourses and race meetings and horses in ireland proportional to the punting community and its killing the sport. Its obvious to me that stable workers don't have a clue what hosre is going to win what, you need information directly from the source to make racing pay big time. Horse Racing is designed so that the bookmaker makes a profit no matter what and with fewer and fewer drunken louts betting in bookmakers the game is getting tihter and tighter and is becoming impossible to predict for those outside the circle.

Laying is the best phenonomen, you become the bookmaker. With laying you have all the horses bar 1 running for you, and ther are enough favs betwen 1/1 and 2/1 losing for you to make a nice profit from this.
