    and ask you to vote now, let's find out which ones cut the moustard.

    I had to make a selection, this is Metro area, within the M50 exclusively.

    Please contribute to the namesake thread pasted below, and advise as to what in your opinion are the next metropolitan dublin areas with potential being unleashed in near future, and that hopefully havent really reflected the fact on the market price. The poll is based on areas nominated by posters in the thread.
