for the XBOX:
www.xbox-scene.com it has everything. Don't go into the forums and post "how do I softmod my Xbox?" as it has been posted literally thousands of times.

Do a search for NDure Installer, this is the latest and greatest softmod exploit. If you need specified help post here and i'm sure you'll get a response in no time from me or someone else.
