Struggling at $20 SNGs Tribeca.

    Over the last year have worked up from $1 to $15 SNGs on Tribeca (all 9seaters).
    Started keeping figures at $5, where I was 23% ROI over 113 games,
    at $10 I was 26% over 96 games, and 24% over 140 games at $15.

    Have moved into $20 this month and am minus15% over a small sample (15 games).

    OK, a tiny sample, but it seems to me there has been a sharp increase in player quality at this level. Anyone who's been down this path before me have any comments on whether this is true, or am I imagining things???

    Your just not raising enough. Your probably ahead in hand1 and you definately behind in hand2. Just raise more with those hands.
    Maybe your thinking a bit too much about the buy-in and suffering a mild dose of the bends?. This will soon pass when you start to witness some of the play that goes on here.
    Play like its a $5 game.

    Yeh i agree with Rounders, i play with him frequently at the $50 and $100 STTs on tribecca , treat the $15 like $5's, theres no difference, hardly any difference up to the $50's and even then...

    Hand 1 im probably going bust cause likely holdings in limped pot would be pair and flush draw or 8 3 etc but ya can always redraw :)

    Hand 2, ya gotta fold cause hes not going anywhere....gl at the tables
