[iPod] Display problem - artist/track not appearing

    My now playing screen is blank and I can't return it to the way I had it-showing the artwork and the no. and name of song.?

    It still plays fine and I did reset to original settings.I went through all the settings seperately also but can't find the one to display in "now playing"

    while song is playing press the centre button. should cycle thru screens. thats the only thing i can think of.

    maybe plug it into the computer and check that it hasnt lost the tranck information etc.

    Tried that too.Just to explain a little-I do the following-turn on,click music,songs,name of song,and then press play.Screen shows only the words now playing and the time.(a child was fiddling with this yesterday so could have pressed anything)

    O, i see, if it comes to it, just restore fully and stick the latest software onto it. ( the guy at the O2 shop told me that that solved alot of the problems with iPods)

    ok last try from me:

    On main menu, go to settings, scroll down to reset all settings and see if that works.
