Digital radio in cork

    Hey guys

    I acquired a digital radio from taiwan,
    Just wondering is there digital radio reception on the cork area
    Cant seem to get reception!

    Not much chance of Digital Radio working in Cork at the moment.

    It might not be good to pick up a digital radio from Taiwan, unless it has the DAB standard badge on it. It might not be a Band III device. Tell me what make it is first, before I come to a conclsion on that.

    RTÉ are currently conducting a DAB test, from transmitters in Dublin and Louth. No news on expansion just yet.

    Its a dab standard one, didn't pay anything for it so its grand!
    Suppose we will have 10 years for ireland to catch up....typical!

    During the current weather conditions (high pressure) it might work (temporarily) on the coast, best try a hill looking out to sea with a clear path in the direction of South West Wales/England, due to 'lift' conditions!
