    Thanks lads - well there are still a few improvements id like to make to it. The frontal area which is completely rust free as is all the car is let down by a grille that could look better. The plastic is slightly discoloured and rough looking. Also a few new headlamps would not go amiss either as some of the backings are slightly rusted. :rolleyes:

    My dad had a dark green one like that years ago, before I was born. A monkey took a bit out of the rear spoiler when in England in a safari park place.

    Edit: His was a 5 door I think

    I do believe I passed that car on the Clash road last week :)
    But a big smile on my face seeing a classic like that around Tralee.
