Weird Irish BB routing problems?

If anyone's hosting a server on an Irish BB internet connection, they might want to check that other people are connecting to the right server...

Someone I know has a website hosted on a server behind an IBB connection. In the last couple of days, instead of seeing his website, other people are seeing some other guys personal website instead, which is hosted on another IBB connection.

We're using IP addresses so it's not a DNS resolution problem - it looks like IIB are just routing the incoming traffic down the wrong customer pipe! I've been calling IBB and they've had it escalated to their senior techs for a day, and the only effect that's had is that both websites seem to be down entirely now.

Your basic outbound internet access is working fine, so this might not be a problem most people would notice. It's still pretty shocking someone could mismanage their own network to this degree, especially an ISP...

Obviously this is one of their business packages (because hosting a site on the res products is against the t&c), so you really shouldn't let up on them over this.

You're a business customer, you should expect to be treated as such.
